I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service at the front desk. I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable!
Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints.
The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave.
Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well.
Very lovely and nice place to stay. 10/10

Booked room for our wedding anniversary and the service was excellent💯 We got voucher for welcome drink while we were waiting for our room. The room is spacious (and they have byredo for ther amenities), we love their breakfast option, and the fact that it has an easy access to Pondok Indah Mall. I put notes that we were there for our wedding anniversary and we got all this little surprise from writings on the mirror and special cake. Definitely will come back!

I stayed at this hotel during a recent concert trip and had a truly memorable experience. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made my stay even more special. A special shoutout to Mas Dicky, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the concert. We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

All is Great on 8th floor (Queen Bed as requested) for 2 nights, But when I'm extended for 2 more nights, The staff suggested to the 7th floor, it's a twin bed but setting up to become one bed and the view of the city was really not clear. Then, one of the staff suggested to move again to the other side room (even its still the same floor).|Well. It's not bad, although the view mostly to the Apartment of Royal Medit than the City View. The last room, not bad. And So Far, good. Just need improvement for the Breakfast. From the variety & taste. Thanks Pullman. Best of success.

Easy to access, near from Airport Halim, near from Jatinegara Train Station, in front is the Bus Highway. You can eat 24 hours, because the hotel is in the PGC Mall. Varieties of food, nice place to stay.

room is good but need more focuse on maintenance small things, like defects in the bathroom in the bathroom, and the TV channels quality need more improvement, it's almost budget hotel but you have facilities, and I believe your hotel can improve more than this, overall the hotel is good the facility is good and the room is very comfy, but please focus on the defects
