Very nice to Stay in Santika Hotel. The staff is super warm and very good service. I even had a surprise birthday cake from the Hotel Staff, Thank you and wonderful! The pool is so big and very clean, the room and building are classic but very Hommy! Will definitely come back again!

Two-night stay for my final exam. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. 👍 I choose the room without breakfast but I've ordered room service in the morning. So far the taste is great. The check-in process is very fast, because they have already prepared the print out, so come, just say your name and show your ID card. The hotel room is quite comfortable, it's just that in the room I occupied there was an outdoor AC noise, coupled with a very bad Wifi connection. The condition of the furniture seems to need repair. The swimming pool is quite clean and comfortable for children. In addition, the location is very close to the west coast. For breakfast, it has the taste of a 3-star hotel standard.

The room for family was very nice and spacious but not really clean, apparently there were two lizards and few mosquitoes appeared in my room. There was a lot of food choices in the breakfast but the taste is just ok (not really good but not really bad). In-room dining was very good and the price is affordable.
