In a nutshell good experience overall. Fantastic front office and reception…one of the best in Western Europe. We drove parked car for free and took bus #4 (200 meters from hotel lobby) to city center.

It was good. The door where you hang you coats was broken and I struggled to open it. However, the bed was comfortable to sleep in and breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Nice property great staff but power went out around 8am May 24th. Which means people had to take the stairs. Which means we had to carry 5 bags of luggage down stairs. Very very painful. Doesn't seem like backup generators are part of the system at this hotel. It was a nightmare scenario. Some people complained no one came to your room or called BUT IMO what were they gomna say Hey the powers out! DUH! Overall the hotels nice

I stay here often and in general it's a good hotel for business purposes.
I like the beds and bedlinen a lot.
Breakfast is good.
Staff at Reception are always polite and friendly.
Parking is no worry either.
The gym and shower area may need some attention. At the time of my visit there were no clean towels (a sign said to get them at the pool, but the pool area was closed), Reception upstairs were very kind and gave me one immediately. The shower area had dirty towels scattered everywhere.

Rooms nice and spacious. Could use a few finer points in room. I believe they are short staffed, the housekeeper I saw on our floor seemed to be the only one handling the floor. The restaurant was very expensive $10 for the cheapest beer. We really couldn't afford to eat there

Failed to tell us the public transport is free and that the stop just down the road.
The Restaurant is a good 8-10€ per dish over priced. The tables was turned around for breakfast while we was eating others could have felt rushed.

Functional place to stay for working trip.
Restaurant is expensive for the quality of the food and the service in restaurant was fairly underwhelming. Was not busy and waiting 20 mins after being seated for anyone to come and take our order.

Stay was ok. Room was clean - but things like the mirror was dusty. The thing that brought my review down was a simple thing - i asked if we can have some waters in the room, something every other hotel in the world does. I was told because i booked on hotels.com, they don’t give bottles of water in the room. The only place to buy them was at the bar, 6 euros each. I questioned it and was told ‘i know, it’s weird’. For a hotel like Hilton, i’d expect better.
