Notre séjour c'est bien déroulé. Vérifier les horaires de la piscine. Elle n'est pas ouverte toute la journée. Les cookies offerts à l'arrivée sont délicieux Et le petit-déjeuner est garnis

Huone oli siisti ja siivous pelasi hyvin. Henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja palvelualttiita. Hotelli vähän syrjässä mutta ilmainen julkinen bussi 200m hotellilta ja pieni kauppa 150m päässä

Would never stay again, avoid at all costs, much nicer hotels to stay in.

I have never stayed in a worse hotel room. No air-conditioning (literally ripped out with gaping holes in the ceiling and exposed electrics), no hot water (brown water coming out of the hot tap and shower), soap dispensers on the floor when I arrived (held on the wall by double sided tape), litter in the bathroom, broken fittings in bathroom, damaged mirror, poor decoration, and dirty bathroom tiles. I raised the issues with the hotel reception and they shrugged it off saying that it was an Expedia booking. Truly awful experience, and I will never go back. BE WARNED.

EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE, el personal de la recepción me solicitó la tarjeta de crédito para dejar un depósito de 50€ y en lugar de eso me cobró una noche sin avisar, (la noche ya estaba pagada y reservada con Expedia). Al solicitares el rembolso, me dijeron que tenía que contactarles Expedia para poder hacer la devolución por lo que tuve que hacer llamadas internacionales de alto coste, y perder más de 2 horas, hasta que Expedia no contactó con ellos yo no obtuve mi devolución, siendo un error del personal del hotel y no lo subsanan inmediatamente, eso no pasa en ningún hotel de estas características donde la noche supera los 100€. Por otro lado si tu intención es relajarte en la piscina, este no es tu lugar, dejan que los niños jueguen fuertemente al balon de un lado al otro y se lancen aunque haya gente al rededor, no puedes ni relajarte, ni nadar,porque no hay espacio. La ubicación no es buena, ya que está a media hora en transporte público y al rededor no hay nada. Como punto positivo debo decir que en el restaurante trabaja Ourida, una persona muy profesional, súper agradable, que va a ayudarte en todo lo que pueda, muy calificada, trata de resolver cualquier duda, está atenta de todo para que no te falte de nada y por su puesto tiene una simpatía inmejorable, además habla varios idiomas e hizo nuestra experiencia muy agradable, desayunar allí lo recomiendo fuertemente, hay variedad, productos de calidad y personal inmejorable. Pero no recomiendo pasar allí la noche, HUYE!!

Un très grand parking "gratuit" ce qui est plutôt rare ! Un personnel charmant et accueillant, la chambre spacieuse et un lit confortable. N'oublions pas le buffet du petit déjeuner très bien garni pour tous les goûts ! Nous gardons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour à Luxembourg.

Great location with convenient parking. Staff were excellent. Informative and helpful. Room was light and airy and complimentary water and chocs were a nice touch.

Friendly welcome including a cookie gift. Car park available next to hotel and bus into city within five minute walk (free as is all public transport in Luxembourg). Good breakfast buffet.

Von außen sieht das sehr große Hotel weniger einladend aus, innen passt aber alles, auch wenn hier und da etwas renoviert werden könnte. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, was aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt. Im Gegenteil, man kann kostenlos parken und mit dem kostenlosen Bus stressfrei in die Stadt fahren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es hat an rein gar nichts gefehlt. Alles in allem passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Hotel kann weiterempfohlen werden.

À l’arrivée des présent à un client puis des présent et cadeau de bien à un autre couple et nous rien. Je ne savais pas quoi penser la chambre pas de peignoirs ni équipements salle de bain. Et à la piscine on a attendu 40 min les serviettes
