Great staff, nice clean room, decent breakfast. Bus to town every hour from outside. I recommend.

Equipe do hotel muito prestativa ! Simpatia e facilidade de check in . Quartos grandes e confortáveis ! Mesmo mais longe do centro vale a pena ! Tem transporte a poucos metros do hotel !

Everything was good but there was a lot of people so take breakfast, swim and take the elevator was a real challenge!! I think they should receive less people for the comfort of the clients

Riool stank in de badkamer. Koude receptie en ongezellig. Teveel hectiek bij het ontbijt. Zwembad water te koud, kapotte douches en urine op de vloer in de toiletten en stank. Personeel ontbijt wel aardig en behulpzaam.

Gedateerd hotel, massa is kassa. Wachten op een van de weinige liften. in de rij voor het ontbijt. Te weinig facaliteiten voor de hoeveelheid gasten. Kamer jaren 80 inrichting, 2 dagen van de vier geen watm water en geen verwarming. Restaurant betaal je 19 euro voor een tosti en 29 euro voor een club sandwich. Ons zien ze hier nooit meer.

I booked this hotel for my best friends birthday and the experience we had was very negative. The hotel staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. Our keycard only worked once in the whole trip and would have to keep coming to the front desk to get the card reactivated but the staff would act like we were bothering them. After going to the 9th floor and the key not working on arrival, the house keeper let us in the room. However, once she opened the door she told us that the room only had one bed and that wasn’t right and we should have 2 separate beds, implying that we were lesbians and started sighing. This is shocking behavior and was not expected to be discriminated in this way. The room bed was not a queen bed like suggested in the booking but a double bed at best. The room was also dirty. The pool changing room had been moped and there was no signage that the floor was wet and was a hazard. A very bad experience and would not book again.

Location is good. Not deaf friendly….no closed captions in English for deaf travelers to chill and relax for TV programs in English The meals for breakfast is fine. Dinner menu can improve for long term travelers eating. Alternate menu for each day like Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Be more creative. Poor communication when Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners required reservation in advance or i go hungry!! Communication can improved by printing special announcement posted in an evelators or outside

De kamer was veel te warm. Drankjes bij de bar veel te duur en ontbijt veel te gehaast, als je iets te eten haalt, werd je tafel meteen leeg gehaald en opnieuw gedekt voor een volgende gast.

Harte Betten, Frühstück OK (es fehlte zwischendurch immer mal was), freundliche Mitarbeiter

Personal war nett. Rasches Check in. Das Zimmer soweit ok, aber die Dusche war nicht so gut. Das Wasser lief nach dem Duschen nicht so rasch ab.

Spectacular staff and very good breakfast. Very recommended!

Yes, everything was superb.

Heating control missing replaced with a fan heater that was noisy, cups and glasses not cleaned room service didn’t come one day and constant noise of lift being used.
