There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

The Valley Resort Hotel
A must-visit resort for families, especially honeymoons.
The breakfast is perfectly prepared, and the lontong sayur (vegetarian rice cake) is especially delicious. 🤩 Plus, the restaurant's ambiance is absolutely gorgeous at night.

The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet area, which made it really peaceful and relaxing, yet still very easy to reach the city center. Took us around 10 to 15 mins.
Whether you're looking for a restful escape or a convenient base to explore the city, this place is a great choice. The room is spacious and the hot water is always on🥰

it was our 5th staycation here, we always satisfied everytime stay in Serela Merdeka. The room is fine, the bathroom is clean, the various & yummy breakfast. I liked the hotel. Easy to find, strategic location, near to the cafes and restaurants, clean room, and what I liked the most is the pool. Clean and comfy, especially the cafe next to the pool was really nice. I want to stay at this hotel again next time.

This hotel is awesome. The staff is very friendly, our check in time was quick, and their response to our needs was fast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was delicious.
