Yang paling kami rasa kurang adalah lift yg lemot, kapasitasnya sedikit an hanya ada 3 dari 4 lift yg beroperasi. Jadi saat jam2 ramai siap2 antri. Lift menghadap ke jalan raya dengan kaca transparan (bentuk mirip telur), masih keren walaupun sudah berumur. You. Dekat dengan hiburan malam, masih dengar musik jedug2 sampai hampir subuh, bagi yg mencari suasana tenang mungkin kurang cocok.

Strategic location in the city center.

This is my second time visiting quest. Seriously, the hospitality is 5stars boutique hotel level. Everyone was so kind, and the check in process was way faster than before. Also if you here, do not hesitate to try the room service. All the food are superb. The lava choco cake! Unforgettable. Will definitely come again. Ps: on the high season maybe they need to add more water dispenser on every floor. And the smart TV wasn't quite smart so if you kind of want to spend your stay with watching TV only, this will be a problem.

Very worst hotel very dirty. For hygiene purposes Please make sure change bedsheets every single days I saw the housekeeping never change the bedsheets. The floor never mop or sweep and toilet very dirty. The pillow case have a tier/hole here and there seem like sleep at old house or haunted house, I order food from the restaurant they charge me overpriced in the menu they wrote included tax etc but in a facts need to pay tax etc.

The room was clean and well-appointed, offering a stunning view of downtown Surabaya due to its central location near Jalan Tunjungan. The parking facilities were adequate, and the availability of valet service added a convenient touch to our stay.

It was one of the worst suite I ever stay …. Dirty and bad towels …. They don't have any piloow options …. Services more like a 3 stars hotel …. The worst, when I made Complaints, and talked with the Manager on duty, there were not any positive response, not even say sorry … …. Over all this 2 stars Marriot Hotel …!

Nice hotel, clean and easy to access. Many guest stay in this hotel.

Acmir Conditioner is not cool, dirty.
