IndiGo (IATA code: 6E) is an Indian airline founded by InterGlobe Enterprises in 2006 and began official operations on August 4, 2006. As a leading airline in India, IndiGo uses an efficient model and offers low fares. IndiGo has received a license to operate international flight services after five years of operation. IndiGo currently flies to over 70 destinations within India and 20 international destinations. Among them are Thailand, Nepal, Oman, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. Based at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, the airline has received many awards in the aviation and travel industry. One of them was winning the best low-fare airline award in 2011 at Skytrax Central Asia.
Economy Class
Although known as a low-cost airline, IndiGo has always been committed to providing the best service for its passengers. Until recently, IndiGo only had an economy class. Passengers in economy class can have a pleasant long-haul flying experience as they are provided with comfortable seats.
Inflight Meals
IndiGo passengers in economy class will only get one 200ml water bottle for free. However, passengers can still purchase more food on board.
Business Class
IndiGo is preparing the business class on the Airbus A321XLR aircraft and will be ready to operate in mid-2024 for long-haul flights. The business class is planned to have 200 seats which are more spacious.

The uniforms worn by stewards and flight attendants of IndiGo Airlines have a simple design but give a smart impression. IndiGo entrusted the design of their flight crew uniform to renowned Indian designer Rajesh Pratap Singh. Dominated by a dark blue color, IndiGo flight attendants wear a one-piece uniform with a skirt length slightly above the knee. The IndiGo flight attendants look even more attractive with the addition of berets, belts, and small scarves in matching colors. The scarf is tied around the neck with a variety of flowers on the side. The IndiGo steward wears a white shirt with a navy blue jacket and trousers. The IndiGo steward uniform also features a stylish and professional design.
