Follow these steps to use your Lion Air e-ticket to redeem a COVID-19 rapid test:

1. Go to the testing location

Go to one of the testing locations listed on your e-ticket. You don’t need to make an appointment in advance. However, we recommend that you take the test 1 day before your departure.

2. Bring your e-ticket and identification (KTP)

Show your Traveloka e-ticket for a Lion Air Group (Batik Air/Lion Air/Wings Air) flight booking, as well as your official identification (KTP) to the staff at the test location.

3. Take the test

Follow the procedure at the test location and take the test. The test should take no more than 10 minutes.

4. Get the result

You may get your test result 15 – 30 minutes after you’ve taken the test. If your result is negative, you can use the result to fulfill one of your travel requirements.
