My flight is Cancelled by Airline

If you received an announcement from the airline about a flight cancellation that is not informed by Traveloka yet, then you can take it as official.

You can check or refresh your email for the latest details regarding your flight schedule. Please allow around 3 hours for the update before seeking assistance from us.

If you want to refund or reschedule your flight instead, please follow the instructions in the schedule change email you received above.

For refund, choose Canceled by Airline as the reason so we can process accordingly with the airline. Kindly note that refund type and amount may vary according to airline’s policy, that you can also find in your email.
