When traveling by plane, you need to allocate enough time for security screenings and immigration clearance before your departure. Therefore, we recommend that you check in for your flight at the following times:

Without checked baggage: 1.5 hours before departure

With checked baggage: 2 hours before departure

International flight: 3 hours before departure

When you get to the airport, find your departure terminal as indicated on your e-ticket.

At the check-in counter, show the airline staff the e-ticket on your Traveloka App or email along with your ID card (KTP), driver’s license (SIM), or passport. It is not necessary to print out your e-ticket.

The airline staff will then assist you with your checked luggage (if you have any) and issue your boarding pass.

To avoid long queues at the airport and make your journey more comfortable, you can check-in online on your Traveloka App or the airline’s website, usually up to 24 hours before departure.
