NotesTo avoid payment failure, make sure that you use your CIMB Niaga account. Your payment will not be proceed if you transfer from other bank account.
After selecting CIMB Niaga Virtual Account as your payment method, you can follow these steps to complete your payment with Virtual Account:
- Open your Octo Mobile application, then login with your account.
- Choose Transfer > Transfer to Other CIMB Niaga Account.
- Choose your source of account (CASA or Rekening Ponsel), then enter the virtual account number
- Enter the payment amount as stated on the bill, then choose Next.
- On the details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your Booking ID and total bill.
- Choose Confirm, then enter your PIN and click Submit.
- Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.
- Open https://www.octoclicks.co.id/login/ from your browser, then login with your account.
- Select Transfer > Transfer to Virtual Account.
- Select your source of fund, enter the virtual account number, then choose Continue to verify details.
- On the details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your Booking ID and total bill.
- Choose Send OTP to proceed. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number then click Confirm.
- Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.
- Insert your CIMB card, then enter your PIN.
- Select Payment > Continue > Virtual Account.
- Enter your virtual account number then tap OK.
- On the payment details summary, make sure the payment details are correct: Merchant name (Traveloka) followed by your Booking ID and total bill.
- Confirm by choosing Process/OK.
- Once your payment is completed, your booking will be processed. Please keep the payment proof as your reference.
