How to Submit Refund If I Make Multiple Payment

If your transaction is charged twice or you make payments more than once for one (1) booking ID, you can contact us via Contact Us for us to assist in the process of checking the transaction

Before contacting us, please prepare the following data:

1. Order number / booking ID

2. Proof of payment or billing for your transactions that are billed or paid more than once

We will immediately carry out a manual checking process for your overpayment.
