This was our second stay and again was very pleasanr. We have no complaints.Dinner at Kiln and breakfast at Loam was also very good.
The only problem was again I couldn't get the record player to work.
We'll be back.

Arriving after 28 hours of flights, layovers & lost luggage we were looking forward to a seamless “pit stop” before our final flight home…and did the guys at Ace deliver. From the drinks vouchers at the bar (our room wasn’t quite ready so the double shot drinks 👍👍👍) friendly staff, great room and most importantly a supper comfortable bed was just what was needed…thanks guys. This is our new “go to” hotel when staying in The Sydney CBD.

The Keln rooftop restaurant was great. The staff in both restaurants (breakfast and rooftop) and the hotel were great as well. Special mentions to Joyce and Keln manager Leigh. I enjoyed the coconut milk, rice cookie and mango sorbet desert there times during my visit. Great cocktails at Keln and coffee at 1st floor. Looking forward to my next stay.

My first stay at Ace Hotel has been very memorable - easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Had four phenomenal sleeps in very comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Hotel itself attractively designed and thoughtful. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times - I arrived late into Sydney and the staff took my bags up to my room so I could take dinner downstairs (lovely atmosphere). I also had room service on my final night - both delicious. I used the gym which was small but well set up with technogym equipment and free weights. I’m already plotting a return to Sydney.
