The Mercure gives you the impression that it was once a motel that was revamped. It is not the most accessible property however it does have a swimming pool, a decent restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and a nice dinner menu. It’s well located in a short walking distance from town.

Food over-priced, but I had a very nice evening meal of duck. Lunch the previous day not so good as the steak in my steak sandwich had not been trimmed of the gristle, making it difficult to eat.
Overall, a reliable, not extraordinary, place to stay.

The resort grounds are poorly maintained. The pool has a very rusty and permanently closed walk up bar. The pathways are not swept with leaves strewn around.
