Fantastic and attentive staff from check in to check out The view from my room was amazing !! Highly recommended!!

Check in staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is undergoing some renovations, but well managed. Our room had a nice view over the beach and everything worked. Only comment is water pressure is low in the shower and basin.

Room was nice but alot of noise as there were repairs getting done, couldn't use the pool and the hygiene used when cleaning tables was disgusting and we did not eat here again We saw 3 people wiping down tables and chairs with the same cloth and the rinsing in a steel bucket and would continue cleaning other tables and chairs. We saw 3 sets of hand rinsing cloths in this bucket, yuk

We were able to secure a really good price for a brilliant room on the 31st floor. It was clean and comfortable

The room itself met our needs; however, upon checking in late at night, we discovered it had not been properly cleaned. There was underwear hanging on the bathroom door and no fresh towels provided. We raised this issue at reception the following morning and were advised the room would be deep cleaned. When we returned later that day, only the beds had been remade. There were still no towels or amenities, and the room had an unpleasant smell. We made a further complaint regarding the lack of towels and were offered some at reception, however, for the remainder of our stay the towels were not changed, despite the hotel room guide stating that they should be. On our final day, we left the room to explore and returned at approximately 4:00 pm to find the room had not been serviced. To make matters worse, while getting ready for dinner, cleaning staff entered the bathroom despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on the door.

The shower / bath had not been cleaned the door handle was for the toilet was broken I was told that the room I booked was facing the ocean well not the case at all and there was not even a toaster in the room or plates or bowls or knives or forks absolutely appalling and I’m going to be looking for a full refund of my money I know that they don’t tell you when you book the room online that you also get stung for the parking that should be provided in the price of the room not charge extra to the customer because you can’t park on the street anywhere

Room was pretty run down. Had Ants crawling across the counter and the shower leaked really bad which flooded the bathroom. Staff charged our account for parking when it was agreed we would pay cash. Bar took 40 minutes to make 2 drinks.

I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room, so was treated to gorgeous sunrise from the balcony. As the hotel is very central, it can be a bit noisy at night but that should ease up by 10pm.
