1. Scored an early check in, even though I didn’t ask for one. Always glad when that happens.
2. For a loud atrium, I was a shocked at how quiet my room was.
3. I wouldn’t mind if you asked your laundry contractors to add a couple Downy beads along with the pillow cases as they get washed.

We have stayed here several times and like the convenience, service and atmosphere. The tropical garden is a lovely respite from all the capital works happening in Canberra at the moment

Common areas are brilliant in the Pavilion but the apartment we had because we needed a walk in shower was tired and needed an upgrade urgently. Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.
Restaurant food was OK and the staff were very attentive.
We would stay there again but would ask if the rooms have been renovated or upgraded.
Another plus is the Tram line to the city is right outside the hotel.

Sadly our TV didn’t work, spoke to staff, very polite! I’ve had bad health and wanted to relax before dinner.
Was told by staff the motel was replacing the TVsvandbobviously hadn’t replaced the one in our room!
Nothing could be done!! Otherwise very happy with our stay..next time would ask for a discount!!

Excellent value with a super comfy bed. Nice and quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The room was very clean. The furnishings are a bit tired and scratched up; the doors could do with a repaint. I loved the bar area. I'll definitely stay again. I thought it was excellent value for money.

We always stay at the Pavilion on trips to Canberra. Comfortable and friendly. The big draw card is the bar area surrounded by a forest of plants. This trip we noticed that the plants were in need of some attention……

The room overall was great. Only problems being the fridge was loud and you could hear the road and traffic. Besides those two problems my room was great.
Staff were great. Place is clean and the greenery in the middle is beautiful.

We were in Canberra for the National Folk Festival, and we attend this festival every year at Easter.
The location is convenient to the Exhibition Park (EPIC) - where the festival is held.
The kitchen is small, but sufficient for our needs. The rooms are big, and let us relax after each of 5 full days at the EPIC.
(The check-in was not handled well - we were asked to wait until 2pm (from 12:15), but when that time arrived were told that the room wasn't ready yet. When we complained we were put into an alternate room that had been available all along - so our time had been wasted unnecessarily).
