The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and safe during my stay being epileptic and travelling alone is always concerning but the staff were exceptional catering to my every need I will definitely be returning for another stay in the future

I never even got padt the frony desk because i didnt have a bank card for the deposit the staff said they would cancell the booking so i could get my money back and they didnt now thete trying to keep my 250 odd dollers HOW IS THIS OK I EANT MY MONEY BAVK PLEASE

Large and very clean room with a very spacious bathroom.

The hotel was lovely, furnishings, decor, staff all wonderful. The room was nice and modern, location was central. Parking is across the road in a parking building so would not feel safe if i was on my own. Great for singles and families.

Pool was great, small but warm and clean. Staff in restaurant were excellent, friendly and great food and cocktails.

Great location, very friendly staff, clean rooms. Recommend a cocktail at Tutto bar during your stay.

The room was nice and a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. The buffet breakfast was nice and more than enough food. The bathroom could have been a bit larger to accommodate toiletries. Overall a nice stay in a good location.

Excellent service and breakfast

Pool, spa were down for renovations but it didn’t state this clearly on the Expedia website. The staff member m made us feel stupid for booking on Expedia because we didn’t book direct and asked us to call incase there was renovations next time, which i have never done. The older gentlemen at the reception was very rude, not even a smile. Not a im sorry your feeling upset, maybe I can make it better. We had a glitch with our booking on Expedia where breakfast was meant to be included but there was a fault on Expedia’s side and the gentlemen offered no assistance. First night away from our baby ever and I had a hard time and I felt so let down. It was my birthday and I felt so upset he made no effort to make it better for us, not even a discount for breakfast. I found the service appalling this time around. A chip in the bath also, and it cut my foot and also just an all around bad experience. Made me feel stupid for not calling up to find out if the pool was not being renovated. With a young baby, searching through ever t&c was just not heard of and booking direct would have meant a more expensive room fee when we had a credit on Expedia to use. We used to love staying here over the years but we won’t be again. Disappointing as some of our biggest milestones were here. Sad. They gave us a bottle of champagne but we aren’t drinkers so a breakfast deal would have been a sweeter deal or at least talk it through with us.

The room was very spacious and everything you could want for a short stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They had a good supply of brochures for different things you could do in the local area. The pool on the 1st floor was a good size to do a few lengths and the hot tub was a good size to relax in. Its overall close proximity to down town, transport and was shops was a bonus. Overall a great trip and I would gladly stay there again.

Was a very clean and tidy hotel. All the workers were lovely. Buffet breaky was nice. Even the body wash, shampoo and conditioner was great.

The room was newly renowated and spacious. The breakfast excellent, also the waiters! The receptionstaff could have been more helpful.

Lovely, generously sized room in a nice location. I would highly recommend the on-site restaurant
