Don’t buy the Açai Bowl. What a rip off! The açai was frozen solid. No banana as advertised in the photo.
Spoke to the Manager about it and showed her a pic of the Açai Bowl. She didn’t care less - “I’ll let the chef know she’s said”
How about you offer a refund!!

We liked the convenience of arriving early and our room was available for an early check in! The room was on the 21st floor and had perfect ocean views. Check in was great and also check out was a breeze. The pool area was so nice, plenty of sun lounges and great service from the pool bar. Also breakfast in the morning at their FIXX cafe was brilliant! Would stay here again.
