Amazing breakfast!

Extremely clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Very close to the railway station

A great spot when you don't feel like hauling your luggage around all over town. The main bus terminal is only a block away making it simple to run all over the city. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, great shower.

The hotel room was really nicely curated and so modern. It appeared clean and in good order. The location was a 5 minute walk from the main train station and an easy 15 minute walk into the main part of this beautiful city so super convenient. Transit also right outside the door so couldn't ask for more in that regard. The reason I gave a 3 star was because the bathroom was lacking any hooks to hang clothes or shelves for toiletries as well the air conditioning was inadequate. The outside temperature during the day was about 23 degrees C at the end of April making the hotel room very warm for sleeping at night despite having a/c at 18 c and fan on full. The staff were extremely pleasant though and overall good value for money. I would stay again but not when weather is warm.

Hotel and room was beautiful! Short 3 minute walk to the train station which was convenient! Dining options also within walking distance!

Very nice and clean rooms; great price; stored our luggage downstairs; very convenient for the train station. Really like that water including sparkling is free!

We stayed at Hotel Cocoon Salzburg during our honeymoon, and while the location is convenient and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the overall experience just didn’t match the standard of the other hotels on our trip. The room was clean, but lacking in comfort and size—no fridge (which I understood after the fact that I could pay extra money for), no ice available (had to go downstairs to borrow a glass full of ice), and the temperature was way too warm with no proper AC (blew hot air because it was April and apparently AC wasn’t “on” yet.) We ended up opening the window, but it didn’t make much of a difference. Not ideal for a relaxing stay, especially during a special trip. It’s not a bad hotel, but it didn’t feel like a place to unwind or celebrate something meaningful. More of a functional, short-stay spot for passing through. For a honeymoon or anyone looking for more comfort, ambiance, or amenities—it might not be the best fit.

Small but very nicely laid out and clean. Very close to the station and had an excellent breakfast.

Very clean,modern,sustainable,niche,calm. Lovely,kind,friendly,helpful, sweet staff. Welcoming,quiet & relaxing enviroment. Will recommend and defintely return again. Lovely variety of breakfast.

Well located right next to the bus stop for the central station. 20 minute bus ride from the airport. 15-20 minute walk to the altstadt. Clean room and pleasant staff.

Very nice room and hotel overall, very comfortable bed. Stains on the towels, lack of power sockets and one of the two elevators not working making it very slow. Massively overpriced breakfast. Don’t understand why they give you a single size duvet even though it’s a double bed.

A nice place right nearby the railway station. The old city is in a walkable distance. The hanging chair looks fantastic, but it's not very comfortable to sit in.

2 min walk to train station and buses.. 15 mins to salzburg centre.. The shower didnt drain the water. I told them and they were nice and upgraded my room

Cocoon had such a lovely vibe to it. The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was delicious.
