Excellent accommodation! The apartment I got was not the one shown in the photos, but that's not a problem. The apartment was excellent. It was of a good size, with a large sofa, good shower and large comfortable bed. Everything you could possibly need for a short stay was included. The apartment was very clean, as were the building communal areas. Everything in my apartment looked new and hardly used. Good location too, just 5 minutes walk to an S-bahn and U-bahn station for ease of access into the city. I would score this accommodation 10 out of 10, if it wasn't for one problem. The bathroom stank! There was a very strong drains smell in the bathroom. Thankfully the smell didn't reach out into the rest of the apartment, it was contained within the bathroom. I did visit during a heatwave, so I don't know if the hot weather did anything to make the drains smell?

Great place to stay! Clean accommodation and comfortable beds. AC for separate units was very much appreciated. Laundry facilities and in unit kitchen were also a big plus. The hotel is a little far from city centre but, it’s easy to get into city using public transportation.

J'adore le concept. On se sent comme à la maison! Ce sont des appartements, avec un espace commun où tout le monde peut se rassembler en bas. Un peu comme une résidence pour étudiants. Le seul hic : c'est la ventilation. Lorsqu'un voisin cuisine, ça sent dans tout le couloir. Et comme la ventilation ne fonctionne pas très bien, les gens ont tendance à ouvrir leur porte pour évacuer l'odeur.

The apartment and neighbourhood were great. The only problems were the sofa, which squeaked a lot when unfolded and was not very comfortable for sleeping, and the bathroom door, which also squeaked when opening and closing. Despite these things our stay was amazing!

Only the heating was not as desired but the room was great overall.

Clean, exceptional and no suprises.Staff was very responsive to heating issue and the pictures match the apartment.

Great stay

Everything about my stay was excellent. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. You could tell attention was paid to every detail. The bed was perfect, the bathroom was super clean, and everything worked exactly as it should. Amenities were top level as well. Everything I needed was available, well maintained, and easy to access. The overall atmosphere of the place felt calm, organized, and high quality. Honestly, I couldn’t fault a single thing. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay on this accomodation.Clean and cosy.

I would give this place a high mark for the accomodation itself which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I have to give it a lower mark due to a failing in customer care and follow up to a complaint. There seems to be an amateur attitude to customer service with this property. I had issues with the access code to the apartment which meant i could not gain entry to my room at 3pm which caused unnecessary panic. When you are travelling from overseas a foreign phoneline is a problem when you are stuck out of accomodation. The entry code had not been registered so it took me luckily finding a housekeeping staff to let me gain access. This itself was an annoyance but not a deal breaker. My main cause for concern however was the male housekeeper entering the apartment at 10am on checkout morning. (Checkout being at 11am) After knocking he entered the apartment and despite seeing my shoes and bag by the entrance walked into the bathroom where I was taking a shower. Rather than quickly retreat he smiled, paused and then waved at me as I was in the shower! In which country is this invasion of privacy considered normal?? I was shocked and embarrased and shouted at him to retreat. Approximately 30 mins later his attitude was careless. As a male I was shocked but I shudder to think how he would react if a single lone female were put in this situation. I emailed a complaint to the contact email immediately and had no reply. I emailed again 4 days later. No response. Shocking.

This was an excellent place to say. The only problem is communication. When emailing or messaging the property by whatsApp, no one gets back to you. The safe in our room was not working and we stayed there 4 nights. I emailed and messaged, but no one got back to me every. Other than communication, everything else was excellent. Overall we are very happy with out stay.

When we arrived at the property yesterday afternoon Wifi password didn't work. We've emailed hello.lory@jimmys.at but nobody responded even hours later. We've now checked out, without being able to use internet at all! When you are visiting from abroad this means very high roaming charges. Disappointed!

Everything was fine, spacious, quiet, clean. The area was a little to be desired
