I enjoyed my stay very much. Our room, (Cozy Neighborhood) offered a lovely city view and was the perfect size for my husband and me. The hotel’s location is excellent—situated in a quiet area yet within a short walk of St. Stephen’s Cathedral, where the city remains lively well into the evening. Getting around was effortless, with tram, bus, and train connections all just a couple blocks away. The hotel seems very new. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was immaculate. We also appreciated the in-room refrigerator, which was a convenient and welcome addition. Overall, I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

My wife and I had a great time at the Hoxton Hotel in Vienna, Austria. The front desk staff along with everybody in the breakfast area provided us with outstanding service. The selection for breakfast was unmatched and the food delicious. Our room was neat, clean and comfortable and we loved the bathroom. Room had a stale smell, staff helped to get the windows unlocked for me. Unfortunately check in was slow and would have been nice to the staff to offer some water while you wait, particularly as your generally arriving from travelling long distances. Menu for room service was out of date, and hard to hear the staff when ordering as the phone was more for looks than functionality. Rooftop bar is nice but no priority given to those staying in house and service is lacking. Additionally room only cleaned upon request. All in all, an ok stay, however the expected more from my favourite hotel brand!

My room was stylish, but very small. There was no writing desk or workspace. The only storage drawers are under the bed. The bathroom is well appointed with a shower, but access to it is only through narrow doors that open against the bed. The bed is comfortable. The room is quiet. Sunday breakfast in the dining room would have cost €33, so I chose to eat elsewhere. The dinner menu is adequate but not exceptional.
