Great location. Elegant entry to Hotel and the staff was professional and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and amenities were fine. The Hotel also gave guests a bottle of wine. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing staff, the cleaner ‘Rosemin’ was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is not tired it is decorated in the old style and beautifully. Mths service was amazing by all staff and it has all you need for an amazing stay. Great location, good rooms and decor, bistro is very good with food and just ask as they try to cater. 5 star all round.

What a lovely stay. The reception was very welcoming. They missed the delivery of a bottle of wine upon arrival, but made up for it later that night. The room was warm. Opening the window did not seem to help. Just very stuffy. But extremely clean and staff were accommodating.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were all friendly and helpful, in particular Romona from house keeping. My only slightly negative comment on my staff was having to wait 40 minutes to check in, as the room wasnt prepared, however to thier credit the hotel apologised and gave a complimentary gift. I have still rated everything as excellent, as i have stayed here 10 plus times over the past few years and have never had an issue.

As you walk into the hotel, the reception area is beautifully presented (and this was even more so with it being Christmas time). The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The reception team were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a great location too!

We started out in a beautiful room. And then the problems began. 1. Our toilet was running nonstop so we asked for Maintenance to come and fix it which they did. 2. The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm at 73°F and we ask them to help us adjust the thermostat. They told us that it would cool down and to give it some time. We waited several hours and the temperature only climbed to 75°F. 3. We were on a non-smoking floor and our room began to fill with a very strong cigarette smoke smell. We finally asked management to move us to a new room which they did. Unfortunately, they downgraded us to a very dirty room that needed renovating. The carpets were filthy and the room was in great need of upgrading and improvement. And amazingly the room was equally as hot. When we called the front desk we were then offered a fan which we declined due to the noise. And finally we were told to open our windows as it might take hours for the system to cool down, which brought City noise in into the early hours of the morning. Sadly it was an exhausting night. We had no desire for an upgrade, but we should’ve at least been extended the same level of room we had paid for which had recently been renovated and was lovely. It’s unfortunate that circumstances beyond our control forced us into a downgraded room. If we return to Brussels, we most likely will not return to this hotel.
