The hotel was next to the Brussels central train station which made it very convenient for traveling throughout Europe by train and to the airport. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel's location was in the city center so we walked everywhere. Staff was helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the slushies and cold water served in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again.

The Warwick staff at check-in were very helpful when we had some difficulty with rooms not having air conditioning. We appreciated their helpfulness and sorted through the problems. The location of the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were very nice. Our major concern was an incident that happened one day with a fire that broke out in the hotel and required evacuation of the entire hotel. The issue was that there was no announcement or alarm system to quickly let guests know about the fire. I was in my room working and my son, in the lobby, called me to tell me the hotel was on fire and we needed to get out. I left my room immediately only to find the cleaning staff who also had not yet been informed. And, as I explained as well as I could, we all ran to find that the fire doors had locked us into the side of the floor we were already on and there was no way to get past them. The staff were clearly very concerned (and I was scared) and they finally were able to lead me to a staircase that got us to the lobby. However the staircase was right above the kitchen which was where the fire started and was still growing. By the time we reached the lobby there was a fire alarm that was beginning. That was almost 10 minutes after my son called me. Terrifying.

GREAT location as it's very close to the Grand Place in Brussels. Tons of places to eat, shop and visit. The first room we were in was too warm for us and we asked to be moved to another room, which was cooler, but we were visiting during a bad heat wave where it was in the mid to high 90's. The hotel provided guests with fruited ice water in the lobby and slushies in the late afternoon, which was such a nice gesture and helped cool us down and re-hydrate. Room was very clean and staff very nice.

The hotel itself is conveniently located but there are no views of the plaza. The rooftop bar offers spectacular views but doesn't have a large variety of cocktails and beverages. The room was spacious but the bed was not comfortable. Also, the shower is set up high, so be careful getting in and out. Also strange was that there is nowhere to hang towels of any kind. Best thing was we were able to catch the soccer game on the TV in the lounge but the bar was closed at the start of the game at 9pm. We still enjoyed our stay, however.

The rooms were spacious, the amenities, the breakfast was excellent but the most impressive is the location. The train station, the meeting spots for excursion and the beautiful center with restaurants was all 2 minutes walking distance. I almost forgot go to the rooftop 😍 I absolutely recommend this hotel .

The room was clean and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. However, when we arrived our beds didn’t have any sheets on them. After a quick call to reception the issue was resolved immediately, which we appreciated. As check-in was from 3:00 pm and we didn’t arrive until around 6:00 pm it was a little disappointing that the room hadn’t been fully prepared before our arrival.

Great location with a short walk from both the Grand Place, which is the heart of Brussels and from Brussels Central station. The hotel has a classy appearance and the lobby and communal facilities are impressive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room and bed were comfortable.
