We opted to upgrade our room to larger room as we were staying 4 nights and happy we did. Every staff person we interacted with was positive, friendly and accommodated our requests. Our room was clean and it was fun to check out the roof top bar for the view at night. The area was safe to walk and easy to get around. We were very happy we booked in the downtown area. Lots of choice for restaurants and tours to book. In particular we recommend the city walking tours.

Denis the concierge was excellent. Desk staff arranged for a little early checkin fairly well . Rooftop lounge was nice. Would stay here again when I come to Brussels.

Very clean, quiet. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very busy ( at the weekend ) and very little for vegans. We had a bottle of red wine gratis but we both drink white wine and couldn't exchange. Perfect location between Grand Place and the Royal Palace

Great location. The shower in the room was a bit small, but that might just be the "American" in me... There was also a lack of outlets in the room. Very minor things, I would stay here again. Clean, safe, vibrant!

Bed was very firm, pillows were awkward sizes. The house keeping staff were helpful getting the locks fixed for our room. The location is perfect to walk to sights.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were a tad small and a little outdated, but it was such a wonderful location and the staff was great, so it that made up for it. Plus if you are there to sightsee and enjoy the surrounding areas, it is exactly what you need. We were able to check in early too which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe too.

Hotel was excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Close to Grand Place and all the shopping. Restaurant left much to be desired. Food was just ok and the waitress was not attentive at all.
