Excellent location as we have events in Canada Place during our stay. A stand out memory was that our room stewardess beautifully fixed a bouquet of flowers in a vase, flowers we received during a show. Room service was also excellent. After a long day or before a busy day, you can rely in their room service for good meals.

Only in Vancouver for the night.Our room with a harbor view was so perfect. Staff, check in and location excellent. So easy to take the metro to the airport. Loved the walk on the waterfront and to the Gaslight district.

The staff were very friendly and the food from the Arc restaurant was excellent. The location is excellent if you plan to take a cruise from Canada Place. Also, a hop on hop off bus stop is located next to the hotel, making a city tour very easy.

Excellent hotel , had originally booked another but stayed at the airport fairmont so changed our booking Amazing location and staff couldn’t do enough to assist us even helping with an early check in , airport taxi etc Would highly recommend and will return

Loved everything about this hotel. It was close enough to walk to a lot of things and an easy uber from the rest. The gold level staff and housekeeping were exceptional. The breakfast with gold level is well worth the charge and so was the dessert time! Always love the fairmont! Thanks again!

The bell staff was fantastic. The check-in staff not so much. We waiting 15 minutes while one staff was trying to solve another customer problem she never called for help. Finally another clerk came and checked us in. Then the room keys didn’t work. We had to get back in line to get new keys.

The hotel is to the Fairmont standard. First time I stayed in a room that seemed less equipped. No robe No laundry bag No coffee cups No tea bags All had to be called up. There is an expectation when staying at a hotel of this standard that all items will be in room. I think parking should be less charge when bringing your own car.

The carpet in our room was dirty, on one side of the bed there were finger nail clippings. Could have been they were short staffed. The staff was very nice at check in. We were paying a premium during our stay due to FIFA but it was disappointing

Stayed in the “Gold” section of the hotel. Breakfast and snacks were good and the honor worked well. Saturday morning was a busy cruise embarkation day, but the staff functioned well. Great location to tour Vancouver and it’s right across the street from the cruise ship terminal.
