I like this property and will recommend it to anyone especially family traveling for vacation to Canada🇨🇦 to the Niagara Falls. The room was very clean. The parking wasn't included in our booking which was disappointing especially the amount I paid for booking. But over all, my stayed was great👍.

This is an overpriced establishment. The rooms only had one towel inside the room. It took 45 minutes to get another towel. It cost me $75 to park my car for one night. This is definitely a booking that would never happen again.

Valets were uncaring, unhelpful and did little more than point a general direction. Secret parking fee of $85 for the privilege. Peak check in time had 3 front desks open and took over 45 mins. Room A/C did not work upon arrival. Concierge seemed flustered and somewhat uninformed. 33 floor restaurant was empty at 7 pm but we were not allowed to enter for an appy and a few drinks without a reservation. Never going back! Ever!
