I thought the AC was a little week but all in all myself and my two daughters we're there 3 nights and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Parking area was well lit, clean and easy to navigate. Pool is on the 8th floor and feels very private even when other guests are in the area. Breakfast buffet was excellent, wait staff were great. Room was great, nice and clean. Bathroom and shower are well maintained. Besides my gripe about the AC I have nothing negative to say.

Hotel was nice, and location was great. The only thing I'll say is before you book, be aware that there is a nightclub right across the street. We were on the second floor and could hear pretty much everything. Lots of kids running around drunk out of there minds. Hot tub was good, but there was a nicotine pouch floating around on there. Kinda gross. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great.

I asked for a printed receipt on checkout, they gave me a lame excuse so I knew something was up. Charges showed in my credit card ... 5 days after checkout. Very poor business practice. Too bad because otherwise no complaints.

Great location downtown near the station and other key attractions. As expected, Novotel standards from a reputable brand. Only minor quibble was the smallish window but assume that this is because of the heritage building it was in otherwise no complaints and great value for Toronto.
