Quality Hotel Dorval

The tub was dirty

We stayed for one night and ended up having dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food selection and quality was decent for the price, although breakfast was included. A very comfortable stay.

I was charged by the hotel and by Expedia. Now I have to fool around trying to reach them

The only thing good was the rooms rest was very bad. Firstly talking about checkin was very astonishing as we were standing in front of the reception and both the staff male and female were so busy on their own as they didnt bother to even greet us. They almost noticed us after their discussion which was 3 to 4 mins long that to the counter lady gave attention to the kids passing by but did not see us standing in front of them. I was so amazed by their sevice that how good they are at ignoring their guest as i have been to many hotels before and the staff is always so polite and attentive but this was opposite. Anyways we came back later after checkin to inquire another thing about parking and the same situation was repeated except the lady was different but guy was same he was seated in the chair and he didnt bother to notice anything he was so consumed in his laptop. Please give your staff training regarding how to treat a guest because kind of hospitality will not do good for your hotel, teach them that their discussion can wait when a guest is standing at the reception. A very bad experience though.

The customer service was very good. Staff was kind and helpful. Everything is clean, smells good and works.

The hotel had a convenvient location close to the airport with free shuttle service which was super nice. The room was big and clean. However, there was no soundproofing and the corridors were very noisy during the night, so our sleep was terrible. There were also strange individuals roaming around the hotel and the parking lot. So a little bit shady.

I like it

Stayed here for a flight stopover. Shuttle arrived quickly. Checkin was fast an efficient. Ive traveled a lot and this hotel met my requirements. Nice and clean and quite. Our flight left early in the morning and a box breakfast was supplied and shuttle was timely. Not much around the hotel but as we were only there overnight, not an issue. Would stay there again.

Not bad

The Microwave in the rooms smells burnt when using. The coffee area in the main entrence is diry, cleaning employee smokes joint at the main entrance. room is smoke free but outside the building at the main entrance everyone is smoking joint and cigratte. place smells bad and coffee area at the entrance - coffee is either finished or place is dirty.

Our stay was excellent! The front staff were super friendly and helpful, and our room was very nice and clean.

Bed sheets were dirty and had hairs all over them. Our 8 year old refused to even get under the blankets. After

Hotel caters to Inuit.they have a contract for when they come to Montreal for treatment.Smoking everywhere including on our floor. Loud, drunk. I should have taken the hint as I walkled in at two security guards where there.NEVER AGAIN. I was never so happy to leave a place in my life.Shuttle driver was good! Expedia- bet your listing a better please!!!

Dated hotel. Bonus was shuttle to airport.
