Rooms very spacious and clean. Great walking distance to a market and near by restaurants. 15min to Grandville. Love the rooftop bar with great happy hour prices! Easy to get ubers to/from. Great location and staff.

I hope this note finds you well. My family and I just concluded our stay at The Parker Hotel, and I wanted to share both our appreciation and some feedback. We rented the Executive Suite after a long trip, particularly because we were traveling with two young children and hoped for a restful evening. While we found the hotel’s amenities and staff excellent, we unfortunately encountered an issue with a party on the rooftop that lasted until 9 p.m. The loud music kept our kids awake, which affected our early morning plans today. We understand that such events are part of hotel operations, and the team did ask them to lower the volume. However, we believe this type of potential disruption should be clearly communicated on platforms like Hotels.com. I have already informed them.

The AC is very load in a level that we couldn’t sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged up and maintenance had to unclog it and was still clogged up afterwards. I can’t believe how on earth is it a 4 stars.

When someone arrives by car, the staff should be polite, respectful, and welcoming from the start. The front desk should be more friendly and provide tourists with helpful information about things to do around the city. They should also be more willing to assist guests with questions and recommendations. In addition, parking should be included in the hotel price. Guests should not have to pay a separate fee for parking.

The hotel is clean and modern with a pretty good view of Vancouver. The room is well maintained and clean. The beds and pillows are plush and comfy. Its location is great as it is within walking distance of attractions and many restaurants. The staff is nice and well mannered and helpful. However, they did not give us a complimentary bottle of wine with our Expedia booking, but we did not ask for it. It a great stay.

I got locked in the bathroom when we first arrived. The doorknob was faulty. Took facilities about 30 minutes to remove the entire unit and open the door. The hotel didn’t offer us a new room and nothing else for the inconvenience. On our last day, we went to the front desk to log the complaint, the employee was very apologetic and offered to confer with management on waiving our parking fee. There was no follow up from management on this matter with us, I had to email the manager in order to get parking fee waived. Very unsatisfactory when it comes to customer service and facility maintenance.
