Overall Excellent stay, In downtown area. All the amenities are near by.

Aamazing location! Everything during our stay was excellent — the staff was so kind and welcoming, the rooms were great, and overall the whole experience felt super comfortable and relaxing. The only small thing I would mention is that the pool area is quite small, so we actually didn’t end up using it. But besides that, everything else was truly excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Lack of convenience store after 7pm to buy milk for breakfast. Lack of office table in room to work on laptop and also lack of usb c wall sockets. Also restaurant was not accessible through interior door meaning we had to go out in Rain to get there.

Had a good time and the place is awesome

Room was as described and the staff were extremely helpful with check in/out and parking instructions. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils.

Location is fabulous and the room was spacious. The beds are comfortable. Nothing fancy, the furniture is outdated but the suite was clean.

Very good location in the main village, with numerous restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It’s also an easy walk to the lifts. Note that there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests to park in the garage. The lodge does not allow you to store your skis in the room - you must leave them with the front desk at the end of each ski day. While this sounds fine, the drawback is that the front desk is on an upper floor from the ground level plaza where you will walk back from the lifts, so after skiing all day you will have to walk up two flights of stairs with all of your ski gear to drop those off - there is no elevator available. Also note that from the front desk, there is no indoor access to walk to your room in the “D” wing of the lodge - you must go back downstairs and outside before winding your way back through interior hallways to get to the elevator which services the “D” wing. I found this layout of the hotel to be very confusing and inconvenient, as there is also very limited signage to direct you back to your area of the lodge. Other than those concerns, the location of this hotel makes it worth the extra effort required, and I would stay there again, especially for the reasonable price I paid to stay there during the spring skiing season.

Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom tub had scuff marks or something of that nature upon arrival. It was a little confusing figuring out where parking was for hotel guests even with verbal and written instructions, including paying for parking.

Room was in poor shape and too small. Ended up getting a different hotel, and they didn't let us cancel our second night even though the hotel was completely booked so I'm sure they resold the room on night 2.

Great location in Whistler Village. Property is a bit dated but is perfectly comfortable. Bring your own coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and soap because those either aren't supplied, or aren't supplied in sufficient quantities for the length of your stay. Seems like a silly way to save only pennies of operational costs at the expense of guest experience.
