It’s nice to be back to Sheraton again! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Club lounge room offers free drinks and food in the evening and breakfast. Level 2 buffet breakfast offers traditional Cantonese and international gourmets.

The hotel is located in a good location, less than 50m from the train station and in a bustling area. The service is good. However, the room is a little fatigued. The rain shower could not work, the air conditioner air vent was noisy and the “black-out” curtain between bathroom and room was not thick enough thus lighting the room.

I arrived from a long trip from Canada at 8am, the room wasn’t ready but the gentlemen et the reception gave me accès to a shower at the Gym. At 11am I came to check if my room would be available( and they are rarely) an yes it was.
The staff at front desk, bellboy, luggage storage, restaurant and gym where all very nice and helpful. One of best place I been in Guangzhou so far. I really recommends!
