The St. Regis Shenzhen

The hotel was beautiful. The room was fantastic, and the view was outstanding.

The hotel provided me a birthday celebration.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. Only a bit hot when afternoon in the room

I have stayed in wonderful hotels all over the world and can honestly say that this hotel stands head and shoulders above anything I have experienced (Not just the fact that it is the 3rd highest hotel in the world). The staff are amazing. They greeted me by name everywhere I went. Attentive and caring! The architectural details and artistic flair are beyond compare. The views are nothing short of extraordinary. I can't recommend this amazing hotel enough!

Incredible staff that always goes beyond the call of duty. A special thanks to chief butler, Faust Hong, who always makes me feel right at home. Dillon, who works in the restaurant is always eager to meet one's every need. Awesome staff and a truly incredible property. I always make the St. Regis my preferred hotel when in Shenzhen!!!

Staff are super friendly. Great location right next to KK mall. Nice gym and pool.

Amazing views and great rooms! Restaurants shut early before 9.3O so went hungry! Bar is nice with similar great views but limited food! The bar on the 100th floor is shut though? Also strange but very limited English spoken by staff which is not my previous experience on staying at St Regis hotels in Asia!

It’s an iconic building.

Stayed 2 nights in the Shenzhen suite. Conformable stay, good service by the staff. Would be better if the design is more thoughtful eg there is no full length mirror in the room, the bathroom light could not be switched on if the “master” light switch is off (had to turn on the “master” when one of us had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the light), and the video screen in the 100/F lounge was too bright.

Need to take Elevator to 96floor (lobby)and then go back down to 85th floor (room). Lobby should be on 75th instead

Friendly staff. Excellent location. Excellent service. Nice city night time view. Guest room starts at 71st floor. Check in on the 96th floor.

Fantastic butler services! This is the only true 5-star property in Shenzhen! Just love the incredible vibe, and secure feeling of this property!
