We arrived super early and the front desk clerk, Juan, was extremely helpful in having our bags held till check in time. He even recommended an amazing bakery to have a wonderful pastry and coffee (Anderson’s Bakery). Best almond croissant I’ve ever eaten. The hotel was modern and quiet. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent. You must try the Thai restaurant downstairs. Wonderful atmosphere and food. Overall very nice stay.

Nice clean room, window was dirty on the outside however was on the 23rd floor. Staff were helpful when required but a lot of it was self service

It was fine for us. The room was OK. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Location was ok for us we did not mind the walk to downtown Copenhaguen.

Very nice hotel, quiet, great location, helpful staff. - Negatives only that shower water pressure is terrible and the rainfall shower head did not work. Also within hours of arrival one of my key cards locked me out due to a malfunction with it. Great choice regardless. You won’t be disappointed.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay No AC in the room or able to turn on a fan so it gets very hot and stuffy when it’s warm outside. Elevators are very slow and old.

The location is close to the city centre and 400m to the Metro subway, and the Casino is right next door. There is a Taxi stand right in front of the entrance. The view from the 17th floor was very good but not spectacular. Not much to view at night time as the city is not well-lit at night. There is a "Happy Hour" at the bar for Radisson Reward members, which we couldn't use because it is from 6-7 pm. The room was comfortable as were the beds. No drawer in the room but we did not have to unpack for a one-night stay.

The hotel is situated within 20 minutes walk from Copenhagen Main Train Station. The check-in area felt more like a concierge service rather than a standard reception area, with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean, modern decorated and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed it.

Stayed for 3 nights. Pros: The hotel is very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful. Cons: Our visit was during July, no A/C so the nights were a bit warm, no fans, windows open at the very top about 3 inches. Daytime was quite warm. Breakfast was not included and its pricy $34 for what you get. It's kind of out of the way, but a 5 minute walk to the hop on off bus stop. Didn't like the shower setup and slippery inside. Small rooms, but we made it work. Dark hallways, that was weird. If I visit Copenhagen again, I wouldn't stay here, not that it wad bad, just because there are sooo many other hotels closer to city center, better design with Breakfast included.

Nice,clean comfy room close the centre of CPH - only a short bike ride or the metro is right across the street. Breakfast was AMAZING - for the price category. I would definitely stay here again. Only criticism is the hotel, like many in CPH lacks AC and it was very hot during our visit.

Interestingly no aircon in whole building, Pretty old, all playes and cups stunk in breakfast area like fish and egg smell. The only pros of this hotel is helpfull stuff and beautifull reception area. Otherwise nothing flash and at most 2.5 star. Good location though.
