We loved our stay at Tivoli, we wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was lovely, the staff were so helpful and my children loved their time in the spa. My only slight frustration was with the lifts so we used the stairs.

Room was very nice to look at but the charger on one side of the bed did not work. In addition the door to the bathroom was exceptionally loud when opening g or closing - awakening myself or my wife when going to the bathroom at ight. I ultimately gauge a hotel by how well I sleep. My wife and I did not sleep well. (Could not upload video documenting noise from door opening and closing the door. They only accepted photos).

Our stay was was comfortable however the bathroom had a strong sewer gas smell in the washroom, possibly due to a defective bottle seal under the sink. There were no replacements of glasses or coffee cups after room was cleaned. We appreciated the umbrellas for our use on rainy days - thank you!

However, the sink was not very well drained to cause cleaning the face impossible. Tried to fixed by ourselves but in vain. The design of the shape of the room was not effective. In addition, the use of restroom in the morning would significantly bother the others’ sleeping in the room from the lights and sounds.

We requested that the room was cleaned daily. This was not really Cleaning. They emptied the bins and made the beds but didn’t sweep and crumbs and food were on the floor as we were there for four days with two young children so we could have done with the floor being cleaned. However the room itself was beautiful the view was stunning. Breakfast was adequate and the pool was brilliant. The little one loved the playroom. A lovely hotel and excellent for children. Very close to the station and Tivoli Gardens. Love that the food court was nearby too.

Staff were really nice and the breakfast was great. The room was cool. It’s a slightly odd set up in that it has two separate towers so you sometimes have to travel down, across and then up again to get to one of the amenities. But it was an excellent and very family-friendly hotel.

Nice size room and perfectly clean & quiet. Mattress tended to roll me into the middle which was unfortunate but seems to be a feature of Danish double beds. Breakfast crowded but it was a bank holiday weekend. Brasserie was really good with excellent service.
