It was good took around 30 minutes to find us a room even tho we had booked in which was a little annoying especially in the temperature it’s been. Really could do with some air conditioning tho. Very hot and can’t open windows probably.

Staff were amazing, parking was ok but blue badge holders still have to pay £20. Also surley if you've paid to stay it could be cheaper or free. Maybe another pillow each. Breakfast was nice and plenty in offer. Good easy stay and would book again

Hotel is very dated with no air con in the rooms. Car park tiny based on first come first served basis. Also cost £20 per night. Location good for Camden market.

Good value for money. Compare the price to the nearby budget hotel chains and it's very cheap so a clean, reasonably comfortable place to stay with no frills is all you can expect. My room was cool in a heatwave, everything was clean when I arrived (though no cleaning during a three night stay) and the bathroom has a good shower. It looked old, some parts were poorly maintained, and the walls were thin but you can't expect luxury at this price point.

The room was very uncomfortable. There was no aircon, and there wasn’t a proper window- there was a door to a flat roof but I didn’t feel safe leaving this open overnight as I didn’t know who could access it. As such, the room was like an oven overnight and there was no way to change the stuffy air. It was also apparent there had been a leak in the ceiling at some point due to the wall paper being stained and bubbled. I also believe the bathroom sink was blocked as it filled within 30 seconds of running the tap and then took ages to drain. Overall very disappointing

If you ever wonder why this hotel has such a poor review rating here’s why , They are in cahoots with Parking Eye so if you park your vehicle there be prepared to pay a £100 parking fine . It’s no use complaining, they say write an email to Britannia but you will never get a reply . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

The location is good in a nice area. The Britannia pub is very close and serves good food. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Primrose Hill - which is a lovely park near shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has friendly staff. The decor is very tired but the rooms are clean but basic. Good shower and comfortable beds. The beds are firm so if you like a soft mattress it’s not for you. I had a pleasant stay and the price was reasonable for the area.

Check in took a LONG time. The receptionist didn't smile at any point and wasn't particularly welcoming. Unfortunately the hotel wouldn't accept cash as payment for the booking. This should be made clear before the booking is confirmed. . The room itself was fine with a clean bed and bathroom. Fairly quiet apart from traffic noise. Didn't use the restaurant. Parking not good. VERY limited space (only 12 spaces) and mainly taken up by workmen's vans. You pay £20 per night but this only covers up until 9am when £3.50 an hour kicks in, not on check-out.
