The room was very clean and well presented, however the pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard making a good night sleep difficult.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and perfect location for why we were there.

Lack of plug sockets available in the room (there was an extension available) but really good value given the price of the room. Couldn't fault the staff - all very friendly and helpful. Bar prices were a bit steep.

Great value hotel in a convenient location. Would have been nice to have tea spoons in the room with the hot drinks rather than a wooden stirrer

A jice hotel; friendly staff; the breakfast area is a bit limited in size; would definitely stay there again

Nice Hotel. It is a little hard to find. Near the bridge that the tram goes over.. Or cut through one of the side streets near where Savers is. easy check in. Room alright. But on checking the bed Mattress was quite a lot of bits and looked a bit flea ridden. So found a shops that had some Bed Bug spray and used one and Half cans on it. I know it would be hard for large Hotel to add an extra 20 to 30 mins to vacuum each bed. But no reason for small Hotels. Breakfast was All right. Bacon, Sausage, Fresh Tomotoes, Beans Scam Egg. Only one Coffee Tea Macine. two toasters. And Brown white bread Pancakes which did in the toaster was good. Jam Marlalade Cerals, crossiants ect.

Excellent value, really comfortable and spotlessly clean room, good location in town and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Sheffield.

The hotel is good but the location is terrible. It’s near to a public bridge where a lot of homeless reunites to smoke. It was a moment were one of them try to come inside the hotel and other homeless were arguing with her. It doesn’t feel safe to go out for dinner so I ate at the hotel
