I think we were kindly upgraded. We had a great view of the church, our room was ready when we arrived at 12pm which was AMAZING. Just a really pleasant stay. My second time staying here and was not disappointed.

Perfectly located for shopping and eating out. The staff were really helpful and polite. Room was lovely and clean and the selection of complimentary tea and coffee was great. Breakfast was perfect with. Plenty to choose from.

Staff were excellent. Hotel itself is a bit dated but in a great location for a city break. Had a standard double room which had an adjoining door which meant we could clearly hear our neighbours conversations mid afternoon and in the early hours when they came back (hope the chap who couldn’t stand up got back to his room OK!) Sound proofing in the hotel seems generally poor. Room was clean and functional (barring the loose loo seat. Excellent shower and complimentary shower gel! We opted for the breakfast which was good and plenty of options. Parking options are either the unsecured one next door (£10/24hrs) or the secure barcode carpark (£15/24hrs). We opted for the latter. Overall, good value but hotel standard reflected in the price.

Room was clean and comfortable. Reception were very welcoming and friendly. The unfortunate thing was the journey from the car park to the hotel. Lifts not working and stairs in a terrible state. Very awkward with luggage.

We had a family circumstance prior to checking in. Didnt ask for a refund but if we could change the date to something else, would have happily paid a fee to do so. Nope, they took the money and let the room sit empty. Disappointed in this hotel chain

Hotel clean,staff friendly, bar staff frequently leaving bar unattended with other guests asking me where to order! Once again wasnt given two free drinks voucher as Gold member,had to ask before given them! Times are tight for everyone Leonardo,stop trying to get away with the entitled free drinks!
