Friendly staff Clean rooms

Ok stay. Room was nice beds Ok. No fridge. Breakfast was good but pricey. No hairdryer. AC worked well.

Got up at 6 am to go to washroom & there had been a flood from next door & saturated our carpet & all we got was free taxi to Cruise Port. We felt they should have comped the room. We will think twice about staying there again.

An older busy tourist hotel set up for cruisers out of Southampton. A bit tired but we stayed in an executive room. Great location and close to shops.

We would have eaten there, but coffee was 8 pounds a cup

Leonardo at Charlotte place was an excellent choice pre cruise. Ideally located. The staff at reception were great at our check in and were extremely helpful with our luggage storage at check out and on departure to the cruise port. This will be our hotel of choice when cruising from Southampton in the future

Easy check in friendly staff, beds really comfy, tho pillows were really hard! Breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel - staff were so nice and helpful. Can not fault this hotel. Lovely big rooms! The Lady behind the bar dealt with a very difficult customer perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel very centrally located for port and town , very clean, great amenities , very pleasant and helpful staff, special recognition to Lewis at reception. No parking at this hotel but parking is just over the road at a reasonable cost. Would def book this hotel again on our next cruise stop over.

Property is clean and nice. Food is good. There is no current exchange there. It is pretty inconvenient.

The welcome at Reception was excellent and was a great start to our stay. The staff in the bar/restaurant area were outstanding and we enjoyed our evening so much we planned on going back for lunch the following day. Unfortunately this was when our whole experience changed, we asked for a late check out at 12 but were told it would cost us £10. This seemed petty as we were told late check out was fine. I am also a member of the hotel’s loyalty club and one perk was not having to pay for this. The receptionist told me that this didn’t matter as I had booked through Expedia. She also called me by my first name which I considered rude as she had not introduced herself. We had recently stayed at the Leonardo Grand Harbour and they had not charged us for having our room for the extra hour despite also booking through Expedia. Unfortunately it was a disappointing ending to our three days here and has put us off a further visit. Due to the 11 am check out we did not stay around for lunch so we ended up going home. We parked in the Bedford Place car park which charges £11 for the first 24 hours and £5 for each subsequent 24 hours.

Very nice hotel i would stay there again

Had a situation at the bar where we ordered drinks with our meal but never got our drinks. Went to the bar twice to check on the drinks, by the time we finished our food still no drinks went back up to the bar and had to get a refund. Bar was clearly understaffed at dinner time

Having air conditioning and a room with two beds was what drew us to this hotel. If booking here, adding the breakfast is worth it. Drawback is there is no parking garage or valet service.

Friendly and helpful members of staff. The hotel very well located with a beautiful park close by. The only issue is that the hotel doesn’t have parking.
