Helpful friendly front desk staff, especially Caroline. Efficient and pleasant despite busy with check ins for cruise passengers! Very clean hotel with both a cafe -bar and restaurant. Good food & service. Comfy beds, bath/shower pressure powerful & hot! Wish there was a frig but for the price an excellent value vs competitors. Will stay again.

It was a complete stressful nightmare prior my stay there. I called the hotel to advise my late arrival, they didn’t have my booking, contacted Expedia they told me it was sent, back to call the hotel, they answer the phone like robots. Unhelpful. After hours and 5 calls to both Expedia and the hotel, I discovered the booking were sent to them and ended up with a complete different name, so I couldn’t use and neither change just this person that didn’t exist. After my last call to Expedia they ended up giving me a new booking number that actually existed under my name. And all that for just for 1 night!!! Never again.

Ideal for going shopping into West Quay or guildhall sqaure to see a gig hotel was clean parking only 5 minutes away also cost 13.00 for 24 hours stay . Breakfast was fab only problem room wasnt ready and we were also turned up later too.
