The bathroom is quite small, which works well for a petite traveller like me. However, the breakfast would benefit from a wider selection, such as scrambled eggs and additional hot food options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for petite travellers and those staying with young children. The staff members are friendly and greet us every time we arrive at the lobby, which made our stay feel welcoming and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and were quick to check us in. Room was clean and comfortable - a bit small but we didn’t mind since we were gone all day anyway. We liked that it was near two underground stations and across from a grocery store, making travel and food quite easy.

We had booked two rooms. The rooms themselves are great, very good quality especially for the price of stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful for the night we stayed. Only thing I would recommend is booking a room on a higher floor as one of our rooms was on lower floor and rumble and sound of the underground line went throughout the night.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the location is great for transit and a tesco across the street. I would have said everything was perfect, but...when I got into bed I discovered the flat sheet was kind of scrunched up at the end of the bed under the duvet? It made me wonder if maybe housekeeping hadn't actually changed the bedding from the previous guest and just smoothed out the duvet to make the bed. Which gave me the icks and I couldn't sleep well after that.

The location is ideal for taking the tube as Paddington station is two short blocks away. However, you can hear and feel the train until midnight. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked good. The hot water in the sink didn't seem to work, but it was good in the shower. We wished hand towels and wash towels were provided, but they only have hand towels which have to be requested.
