Point A London Paddington

no hand towels , just bath towels , no tissues , no toast at breakfast. very cool room with technology., but very small , nowhere to put a suitcase other than the floor which prevented opening the door properly

Absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. From the minute we walked through the door, all the staff were so welcoming, professional and helpful. They looked after our bags as we arrived before check-in time. Rooms were clean, spacious, helpful number of plugs. Breakfast was delicious and the location is perfect. Only downside is that noise is carried from areas in the hotel and outside but would still definitely stay there again. Thank you for super stay.

Very clean rooms with great A/C. No tea & coffee facilities in the room which was the only disappointment. Clean & modern communal areas. Great staff with quick efficient check-in.

Nice and clean hotel, very central to Paddington. We stayed for one night to be close to the station to go to the airport. Rooms are small and pretty basic, but had some modern updates and were comfortable for a short stay. You could hear the trains rumbling by, but it wasn’t loud or disruptive to sleep. Staff was very helpful for check-in and out.

Hotel and staff was great convenient to Paddington station and restaurants.

Room was a bit on the smaller side but we knew that when booking! Staff was amazing and breakfast was great!

Hotel room was great for a short weekend in London. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Building in a good area with easy access to both Paddington and Underground. My only complaint was staff members dragging in metal trolleys of linen at 06:45-07:00 in the morning on both Sunday and Monday. Despite that I would stay again.

Checked in to this hotel and had to check out again. The room and corridor smelt strongly of mould, which was not at all pleasant. Asked reception if there was an alternative room, but informed there were no vacancies. Also tried to get a refund at reception but because I had checked in, they said they do not have authority to refund on site so I'm currently awaiting a response.

Very basic but ok stay

Great location, the hotel is fine, similar standard to a Premier Inn. Two awkward heavy doors in the lobby that I struggled to get through with a small suitcase. Staff didn't offer to help. I was shocked that they charged me £3 to store my suitcase for a few hours after checking out. Never had that before in a hotel. I won't pick this chain in future for this reason.

Small, clean, ideal for location and area 5 mins from Edgware Rd tube station.

Hotel is in a great location and it’s really handy to be able to leave your luggage - at a small cost. Our room was small so for two people it was difficult to move around each other. However it was ok for a couple of nights with two small cases only. We were also in a basement room so could feel the tube going passed.

Staff were very good

Room was clean, everything worked ok, and staff were helpful. Room was on lower ground floor and there was some noise from trains.

Great value! Modern amenities, good WiFi, perfect location if you want to stay near Paddington. Short walk to Charing Cross for tube travel. It’s a very nice budget hotel.

Good cold breakfast selection pastries fruit cold meats ans cereals. There’s a Gregg’s across the road too if you’d prefer that and a pret down the road. Staff were amazing - as helpful and friendly as a 5 star hotel! Really excellent. We stayed 3 nights so didn’t qualify for a room clean - clean towels could be sourced from the front desk and rubbish could be left outside your door in the corridor for collection by the cleaning staff. Which meant the corridors were untidy especially in the mornings. Location is good just a few minutes walk from Paddington station but being ear plugs there is a large hospital nearby so lots of ambulance sirens during the night. Rooms are cozy as described luggage is stored under the bed and wall hooks replace a wardrobe

Great hotel. Good location and competitive pricing. Hot water mostly lukewarm at best. Aside from that, a decent stay.
