Very convenient hotel with friendly staff. A couple of things would improve it- a kettle in the room- you can buy tea but it’s £2.50. They all charge £3 per bag to store them it feels mean spirited. They also only have shampoo - no conditioner which was annoying.

Room was ideal for a one night stay. Great for transport connections and nice neighbourhoods nearby. The breakfast was good and they have gluten free options. My main issue was that we had to pay £3 for them to look after our bags for a couple of hours after check out (never had this happen before and this was not mentioned when we’d asked at check in if this was an option).

We had a great one night stay at Point A Paddington! Our Room was ready on arrival and the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed (towels,hairdryer soap and shower gel). Smaller than I expected but served its purpose. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but the desk downstairs sells everything from noodles to tea/coffee so you won’t go short. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extra as I didn’t book direct but I will next time as it was great. Lots of different continental items of excellent quality. The location was perfect for train/tube links at Paddington though we would probably stay more centrally next time. Just a personal choice not a reflection on the hotel. Thanks for a great stay

Very friendly staff, felt very safe there

Location is great. Short distance walk to paddington station. A grocery store was just across the street if you need something. We stayed at the accessible room and the bathroom was flooded after a shower. Staff didn’t seen to be too surprised when we asked for extra towels after we told them it was flooded. Also, the hotel charges you when you storage bags after check-out.

Only book the room with no windows if you are ok in a basement with the background noise of tube trains a constant. It’s cheap but really not sure it is value for money.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, and the luggage storage was great too! The room was amazing for the price, all you need if you just need somewhere to sleep and a bathroom. Fantastic - will definitely be keeping in mind for future trips.

The place is near the bus stops or Paddington Station. There are nearby restaurants and stores. Grocery or souvenier stores are everywhere. Mark and Spencer is around the corner.

Really, all you need is a clean room with a comfortable bed and a small, decent bathroom at a very reasonable price. No frills here - but I think that's the point.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Paddington, just steps from the train station, which made getting around London extremely easy. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores within walking distance, adding to the convenience of the location. My room was situated near a window and offered a pleasant view; however, due to the hotel's central location, there was a fair amount of street activity, which could be noisy at times. One disappointment was that the continental breakfast was not available with my reservation because I booked through Expedia rather than directly with the hotel. The breakfast, particularly the vegan options, was one of the primary reasons I selected this property. While that was unfortunate, the overall experience was positive, and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a good area! Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The bed was unfortunately very firm and uncomfortable. The walls were very thin so you could hear the people next door moving things around and walking. The bathroom was quite small, you can barely fit if you’re a “normal adult”.

All was really lovely aside from having to switch rooms because my luggage couldn’t be carried up/down stairs. The staff were very helpful and switched it to another room where I could wheel the luggage myself.

Budget and basic. Air con was good as was Location. However lacks comfort in the rooms, shower not great, very cramped for two people. Beds quite hard and no extra pillows or towels provided.
