Good location for Euston and the room itself was clean. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom could have done with renovation. I have no idea why hotels are still putting baths in when a wet room is more appropriate. The sink tap was temperamental with hot and cold water and the shower needed replacing. The breakfast was awful. Over cooked bacon, under cooked scrambled eggs. Has a coeliac I was able to get some gluten free bread but there was no other items offered. There were so many people in the restaurant it was like being in a school canteen.

Paid for a premium room. Room was reasonable size, bed comfortable, temperature good, BUT there were no bedside lights so full blast ceiling lighting or dark. Stained grubby looking carpet. Bathroom tiles stained, bath looked old and tired. Mean with coffee. Overall a tired and unloved room. Reception staff uninterested .

Stayed at Radisson Blu Euston Square and unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. The room had several issues that affected comfort and sleep. There was no soft or ambient lightin only harsh overhead spotlights with the option of all on or just over the bed. The window blind didn’t fully cover the window, letting in light, and the room door didn’t seal properly, so both light and corridor noise came through making it both difficult to sleep and also to enjoy the peaceful morning I had planned before my train back. There was also a constant low droning noise (likely from building systems or outside not the air conditioner as I turned it off) which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the TV flickered while watching constantly for around 30 minutes before stabilising and actually being viewable . While the location is convenient, the room quality and maintenance need improvement. Overall, not the standard I would expect from this brand and it's very unlikely I would stay there again not worth the high cost.

We stayed before Xmas when we were down to watch a show and came back because of the great location. This time we got to stay in one of the new refurbished rooms- much quieter as not overlooking Tottenham Court Road and very comfortable. Just be careful not to fall off the beds as they are quite high (if you’re short like me)!
