Stayed only for one night. Excellent location , everything we needed was nearby. Very quiet, warm, clean, fresh room. Check in was smooth. Lovely staff. Very pleased with the place. Would highly recommend.

Great early check in without asking for it, made the day so much easier. Beautiful room, mainly clean throughout, few stains on the corner seating area. Room over look’s Leicester Square which is amazing but be prepared for the noise throughout the evening/morning/whole day. Bed very comfy and felt like a bit of luxury staying here. Perfect location for theatres.

The only thing good about this was the location and the friendly front desk staff. The room didn’t feel clean. The towels were gross. The sink didn’t drain. And we didn’t sleep for three nights because there was so much noise from the air-conditioning unit. I don’t recommend staying here. There’s so many other better places you can book.

Aparna at reception was lovely Unfortunately I was disappointed with the stay itself drill going off creaking throughout the night from room above. The sink also had a plumbing issue and water was taking forever to drain.

The hotel and staff are great, it was a convenient location. That said it's like Times Square and all that brings..but surprisingly the windows are excellent and you don't hear a thing. We were on the 2nd floor and slept well in the comfy bed. Rooms are small but we weren't there to lounge in a room but to see the town so it suited our needs. We didn't partake in the breakfast but it looked good. Staff was friendly and helpful. In the heart of Chinatown and the theater area it's a good, fairly priced option.
