Everything was good, literally the best hotel l have been to and had good food.

Not usually one to write bad reviews but For the price + reviews I was expecting premium hotel, we chose somewhere ‘nice’ as a treat from a cheap basic hotel. But it was worse than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. BLOOD stains on the duvet cover, Half the lights in the room didn’t work, bathroom ceiling insanely mouldy, and the shower head covered in mould too. “Soundproofing” is a lie considering you heard the elevator door every single time keeping you up all night, every footstep sounded like people in your room. Normal conversation of people in hall incredibly echoey and again might aswell talk in your room by the volume. Floorboards and beds creaking with every movement waking up whole room and probably people below you. Bedding sounds like your sleeping in a pack of crisps uncomfortable and loud rustlings. Cheap paper like feel to the blood stained bedding, The elevators fit like 3 people in it, and regardless of up or down it’s full ALWAYS, so you wait 20-30 minutes trying to get in the lift which is a nightmare for us disabled who can’t use the stairs especially on car park level and middle floors since it’s full before it even reaches you. The breakfast was awful, bread was rock hard/stale before you even toast it, scrambled egg was sour cream looking mush - not even orange juice as a choice but pineapple.. Only nice thing in the end was sausage and hash brown - Wetherspoons breakfast would have been nicer and cheaper.

Feels a bit tired and in need of some tlc (flashing light bulbs, scuffed walls, switch falling off wall, broken window handle). Parking is quite expensive for the area.

Room was spotless bedding fresh and clean My granddaughter had asthma and allergies to dust and animals I informed the hotel and they done a great job making sure the room was of high standard excellent service and staff so helpful. great choice of breakfast something for everyone Xx

Road noise disturbing during the night. Double glazing ineffective. Breakfast items dry and hard ( black pudding) eggs ( rubber). Room itself ok service good but uniterested when noise was mentioned.

What stood out - the bed. OMG, the duck feather topper on the milbrook bed was divine. We slept for 10-11hrs both nights and that not normal for us. The hotel breakfast was lovely, beautiful views. You couldn't want more. It's worth every extra penny.

Great location. Quite room well equipped and cosy easy accessible with lift. Lovely decor in reception and breakfast room. The outdoor patio would be great in the warmer weather. Breakfast great choice and good quality. Had a lovely welcome stay.

Very good hotel. Clean, confortable, good food, nice staff. Just a little disappointment about the "fitness center"... 4 cardio machines (mill out of service) , no weights e nothing else.
