Clogged sink in the washroom, bed was comfortable, room was clean but a little old, elevator is small and slow

Very unsatisfactory, nothing of what was said was the hotel. Bad service, no air conditioning, dirty , cleaning was every 3 days . Locations were not as close as descru

This hotel offers minimal service. Room cleaning is done only by changing bedsheets and towels, and no floor vacuuming. And even if the key card doesn't work, you have to go back and forth to the front four times before moving to fix the door key. Eventually, I had to move to another room in the middle of the night, but the hotel staff only told me, "This is something that could happen once in a lifetime. Never twice." What a good comfort. The next time I visit Paris, I will avoid this hotel.

Large apartment, Great location, lots of shopping

Stayed at Residhome Paris Opéra and unfortunately had a poor experience with basic service and cleanliness. I requested hair conditioner multiple times over two days but never received it, despite vague and inconsistent explanations, (e.g., being told a “technician” was not available), which did not make sense for such a simple request. Housekeeping was inconsistent: soap and toilet paper were not refilled even after room cleaning, and only trash was removed. We also had to buy and use our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and tissues during part of our stay. Only one type of soap was provided for hand, body, and hair use, which is below expectations for a 4-star property. The room also felt dusty and not well cleaned. At one point, I was asked to go down to reception to verify whether items had been refilled, which was unreasonable. The in-room phone also did not work, so every request required physically going downstairs. Service varied depending on staff, making the experience inconsistent and unreliable. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, consistency, and cleanliness significantly impacted the stay. I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive aspect was its convenient location.

Stayed in the 5 person accommodation. The room is very old and dusty. Bathroom smelled foul on arrival. The air conditioning was not working and it was too hot.

The information on Expedia is not accurate and needs to update with correct information. There is no AC in the room. It has a fan. The toilet smells like piss and we don’t know why. There is only one pot and one pan in the kitchen. There is no onsite self laundry. Door handles are broken. Table is wobbly. However, location is excellent as it’s close to Monoprix and Metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room is rather old. Location is nice, Opera and Galleries Lafayette are very close, Monoprix is next door. 15-20 minute walk to Tuileries. Price seemed a bit high, but perhaps that’s what you get in Paris.

No porters, the staff mostly spoke only in French. No introduction to the amenities. With a child it's not a place to be

Location was perfect very close to nice restaurant and Galeries Lafayette. Bed is comfortable. There are only bath and hand towels,no face cloth available.

Thankfull for all servicesCleaning staff came every single day while our stay Personnels were vey kind and respectful with our belongings . I definitely will comeback .

Everything was great, the room was spacious compared to others I’ve stayed in Paris before! And very close to amazing landmarks

Room had adequate utensils and cutlery for 2 people in the studio apartment. Bathroom was tidy and clean along with the room. A bit dark in the room as there are no ceiling lights just 2 lamps in the room with separate lighting in the kitchenette area . At an excellent location, Just a few steps away from a train station and a short walk to another train station. Galeries Lafayette only 3 minute walk away , Monprix supermarket just 2 minutes away too . Sofia at reception went out of her way to accommodate us and very informative too.

El Hotel es viejo, falta mantenimiento, las fotos de la página son un engaño, definitivamente no son del mismo hotel, la limpieza de la habitación terrible, nos entregaron el baño sucio y a pesar de que nos quejamos nunca lo limpiaron, no volvería

There was nothing like what is stated on the website. Tiny room, old and broken furnitures, malfunctioned elevators, hot/no air-con….. There was slight improvement after we complained and got change to a lil bigger room but still not up to standard. Do not book this hotel, or it shouldnt be classified as a hotel….

We had the one bed duplex, the upstairs was HOT, no matter what we did it couldn’t be cooled down and made sleep uncomfortable. Not sure why it’s 2 singles in the bedroom, it’s Paris and doesn’t make for a romantic get away. Luckily it was too hot to cuddle anyway. Other than that the room was great, everything you need and the downstairs got nice and cool.

They don’t clean the room everyday, kitchen is very tiny. Only 2 towels per day when I paid for 3 people to stay there, homeless every night just in front of the hotel, 2 slow and old elevators, one wasn’t working. Couch bed mattress was not comfortable at all, very hard mattress, sheets not soft material, bathroom smelled like public restroom, overall cleaning service was too bad. Parking not available, it’s a busy area for shopping, you won’t find parking for your car.
