Gimana bilangnya ya, hotelnya bagus, interiornya cakep, liftnya oke, kamarnya bersih, kamar mandi bersih, tapi terlalu sempit. Hampir gak ada ruang gerak. Bahkan untuk gelar sajadah aja susah. Terlalu banyak kabinet. Kamar mandi juga gitu terlalu sempit, exhaust fan terlalu berisik. Kalau lampu kamar mandi dimatikan, jadi bau pengap, kalau dihidupin jadi berisik. Gatau ini brdasarkan tipe kamar atau enggak, yang jelas pengalaman nginapnya gitu. Padahal harga kamarnya udah 450an (terendahnya), tp masih kalah sama penginapan lain yang lebih murah. Belum lagi sarapannya yang included tapi cuma nasi bungkus daun pisang doang, kayak nasi-nasi gurih 6ribuan di warkop. Semoga jadi pembelajaran ke depannya agar lebih baik, mengingat kuatnya saingan di Banda Aceh.

Gak sesuai dengan harga❗Pertama dan terakhir menginap di sini, AC luar biasa panas tidak dingin sama sekali, minimal keluarin biaya untuk servis AC deh, bawa anak gak bisa tidur sama sekali sampe harus keluar dengan mobil pulg telat karena AC di mobil jauh lebih nyaman untuk tidur, malamnya harus buka kulkas dan tidur lesehan di Semen.👎🏻.

Staff service is quite good. The location is quite strategic, even though it's a bit inside. The room is quite clean, but doesn't smell good. Clean sheets. The bathroom needs attention. The old impression walls have not been cleaned. The toothpaste has hardened. Slow shower water (maybe 3rd floor). Standard food. The last day only given savory rice, milk and white bread. For the price, the impression is more expensive than the facilities.

Just want to make sure all the travellers know that all the rooms (except the most expensive one, at the price of Executive suite in a Mercure in centre of Jakarta) are without windows. So you literally pay to stay in prison, that is how I would call it. If that's OK with you - no problem, but I wish I would have known that before I booked.
