The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

It was really crowded when we had breakfast with a group from who knows where. The plates were empty. As soon as there were more plates, the table was full. We had to stand with our plates waiting for a table to open. It was very uncomfortable. The hot shower was small. The weather in Bandung is cold.

The food variety is a bit lacking, as is the taste. However, the hotel is easy to find. It's located on the roadside, with a minimarket nearby, and it's close to the city center. Security is very helpful with parking. The TV is an Android TV, and YouTube is smooth. If I go back to Bandung, it will be my choice again.

Disappointing experience, the first room I got had a lot of problems, starting from the small shower water, clogged sink, air conditioning not cold, dirty bathroom, the room key was broken so it was difficult to remove it, immediately requested to move rooms, and in the second room there were still problems with the small shower water and no tissue. Honestly, it was very disappointing for a fairly large hotel group.
