Best Hotels in Padangbai, Karangasem

resort is not clean, horror, bathroom also dirty, tv is broken

I booked 2 rooms and when arrived they gave me vip room. With the price paid, it is consider ok. The room not very clean. Most of the divers will stay here. We met the owner and he is very friendly and talk alot.

The lady at reception was very nice and did her best to help us. We booked a taxi through her and the tickets to Nusa Lembongan. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so we slept very well. The only points that could be improved are that the bathroom was a bit smelly and we wished there was more than one plug to charge our phones.

Beautiful place, decent food, good staff, clean rooms. Great value for money. Take a walk in their garden, eat at their restaurant.

Lovely staff, we felt very welcomed. Yummy menu. Was just what we needed. They're very eco so everything was environmentally friendly, including the cleaning products. So that's a bonus. However I think they used vinegar to wash the floors, which I understand, but it smelt too strong and made our feet quite sticky, which then caused everything else we stepped on to stick as well. But that was minor, we loved it there.

Very comfortable, the room is clean, smells good, all the staff are friendly.. just right to get a room in front of the beach, lots of ships, very beautiful.. and maybe if I return to Padang Bai I will stay here again😍 thank you
