Check in process took quite sometime, around 15 minutes standing. Receptionist didn't speed up the process. TV channels broken mostly. The rest is just okay. Parking space limited not more than 20 cars on basement.
Air conditioner room was not cool even shift to other room at the same class and room was very smell, tidy, finally accepted CS suggestions to upgrade room class by cash. It is really not polite to push customer for comfortable room.
