Luxury Hotels in Serang City Center, Serang

Spend night in this hotel with my family, all experiences is wonderful. If you want a feel great hospitality service in downtown Serang (Banten Province capitol), you should come to this hotel. Starting from security, doorman, front office, they welcome you with warm greeting. No need to worries for healthy protocol, this hotel follow the rules. I have to mention Mr. Nurman from reception, he follow up my request regarding hot water issue immediately without any reasons. And also Ms. Intan & Ms. Sofia, always greet me by name during my stay, which is amazing. A lot of variety of food during breakfast, one of the best selling point from this hotel, and f&b crew is very attentive to the guest. From the greeter who registers (sorry Miss, really forget your name), food stall crew, service crew, they go extra mile to give the best service to the guest. Swimming pool, gym & spa also available in this hotel. Definitely will comeback to this hotel & highly recommended if you want to feel best hotel service in Serang. Minor thing is?: room facility.️. Furniture inside the room, is very old, stained at sofa, torn curtain and AC not working well. Maybe need renovation for all that things. Sorry for 4 stars review. Maybe after change all furniture & room facility, I wil give 5 stars review. Overall staying in this hotel is wonderful because of outstanding service from the crew to the guest. Keep the good work.
