A truly wonderful stay! ❤️ From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I made a special request, and they arranged everything exactly how I wanted—such thoughtful service! I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the property, and every dish was absolutely delicious. Once a year to Yogya, I definitely stay here. The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the price is affordable. The amenities are fragrant, the food is okay, and the swimming pool is okay. In front of the hotel there is a Juwara Satoe bakpia shop. Around the hotel at night there are many street food vendors, if you want to go to Indomaret or Super Indo, just walk, to Galleria Mall you can also walk.

My second experience staying here has never failed, this hotel provides service to its customers. When checking in, I asked for a cake to be prepared for my husband's surprise, it was given immediately, usually it has to be D-1 of arrival or far in advance. The taste of the food in the restaurant is also very delicious.

The hotel is nice.. the room is clean 🤩 good service.. the staff are friendly.. the only thing lacking is a little, at breakfast there are some foods that taste too salty 🙏🏼🤭 it's placed in the white rice row..

The staff is very responsive, just 15 minutes after checking in they make sure the facilities are in good condition. Don't worry about running out of breakfast, they keep refilling it, and the variety is also good.

super excited with this hotel. 5 stars but affordable price. starting from the lobby is spacious, cool, fragrant, the staff is super duper friendly, you can leave your suitcase in the lobby first. I got a room on the 7th floor, and it was so good I wanted to cry :( I checked in at 13 o'clock and was served. It was so clean, got a welcome drink of watermelon juice, the best, it was so refreshing. The motorbike parking is on B2 so the elevator between the parking and the room is separate, it makes us more private. but what I'm a bit less satisfied with is the swimming pool, it's small, and it seems less clean inside the pool and around the outer wall of the pool, just a suggestion if it could be made indoor it would be nicer because it opens from 06-19. the food is the best!!! but on the last day of my stay there was something that surprised me, but I've told the chef or the supervisor there. thank you artotel, next time I'll come back here again :))) 😍

The air conditioner in the room wasn't working. After maintenance came, the AC still wasn't cooling. It was even hotter in the morning, so I couldn't do any Zooming or typing in the room. It's a shame it's not worth the price.

We had a very memorable and impresive stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We even extended our stay for two days. We were also happy because we got a beautiful view of Mount Merapi.
