ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta

I've stayed here several times and always received excellent service. Artotel is always my first choice when it comes to staying in Jakarta. They always give me great prices, hehe.

At first I was very disappointed with the hotel’s service for several reasons but the hotel was quick to respond and tried to provide good service to guests. However, the restaurant staff during breakfast is a bit unfriendly but so far always satisfied with the hospitally artotel group.

The hotel is very artistic and the food is also very delicious ............

So far so good, but for families staying here, it's a bit difficult to make hot water because there's no heater provided, even if we ask for one, it still can't be done 🙏🙏🙏.

its very artsy and lovely restaurant and the iconic 'sore' spiral staires was so lovely .. i prefer not having skull picture inside my room but i got one. and why do you have so called normal room type? at particullar hours i can smell smoke of cigarettes in the hallway .and for some people who is having cough just like i did at the time staying there it's kinda bit suffocating walking in the hallway. and it's kinda affect my room and my bed sheet.. the receptionist staff was kind enough to offer me to spray something to neutral the smell of the smoke. but i was too tired having someone enter my room when it's already late at night. oya can you have a jet shower in the toilet instead of bidet? it's not hygienic for sensitive women's part imho. cause some dirty thing can enter the hole of the bidet to sprinkle the water to the sensitive area.

Suitable for a bistro and staycation, located in the heart of Jakarta near shopping centers. The price is a bit overpriced, perhaps because a film used this hotel as a shooting location. Breakfast could be improved as the menu is too monotonous.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, strategic location, reasonable price

Hotel yang layak dikunjungi, terutama untuk yang tidak mau macet macetan sewaktu long weekend. Lokasinya strategis, mau ke Sarinah bisa tinggal nyebrang. Kamar yang kami pesan cukup luas, kamar mandi yang bersih dan AC yang dingin. Kalau menginap di sini, jangan lupa untuk foto di tangga hotel yang sedang viral 😆

Near the city center. Clean. Friendly. In the middle of the crowd.

The location is strategic....but the music is noisy until night when it's time to sleep

Pluses: Close to Sabang's culinary scene, just a short walk to Sarinah Artistic hotel and rooms Food is pretty good, coffee is really good Rooftop with a great view Clean room Minuses: Room isn't soundproof, so the "dingg jedug" sound can still be heard even though my room was on the 6th floor Bed sheets are clean, but the material isn't soft enough I borrowed an iron but it wasn't delivered Bath soap wasn't refilled Room phone is broken Overall, it's good, just need to improve the service

This hotel is very strategically located, all the staff are very friendly, even the security guards and cleaning staff outside the hotel are very friendly and greet me every time I come in and out. The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful city view, the rooms are always clean. The food is varied even for children, thank you Artotel
