We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

Aryaduta is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and will try their best to go above and beyond to assist you any way they can. If you dine in their restaurant try their Smoothies, they’re very good!

During my stay in any hotel and in any city, whether 3, 4 or 5 stars, this is the first time I was really shocked because I was caught by a housekeeper entering my room using a staff key with the excuse that I had been called and no one answered so she just entered using her key. She was also shocked because suddenly I was standing in front of the room door because I happened to want to go to the room to get my child's swimming goggles and I ran fast because I was shocked to see a housekeeper barging into my room using a hotel staff key. For a 4-star hotel, the security is very dangerous. Maybe the housekeeping staff is used to this hotel entering carelessly with the excuse of giving room equipment, etc. without being asked by the guest but unfortunately when I entered my room, I happened to want to enter the room too so I was caught. Even if the guest asked me to deliver room equipment etc., the rule is still not to enter carelessly using a staff key when the guest is not in the room because after the room is checked in, the room is the guest's private area that no one may enter without the permission of the room owner.

the hotel is very close to Lapangan Merdeka. The famous Soto Sinar Pagi, Sate Bata, Tiptop, Apek Kopitiam, are within walking distance. I love strolling in the morning around the old town district. Very nice
Too bad the gym is lacking. The only have dumbell sets, static bike and rusty treadmill
The hotel is standing on top off a dead Palladium Mall. It's lobby is on the 9th floor. Didn't look nice from the outside but got very different warm vibes after reaching the hotel lobby and the room

It is a fantastic family hotel, luxury grade. Service was great but not too friendly with extra towels and pillows, maybe due to bad experiences. Breakfast was not up to expectation in quality and spread for the price despite being full with families during weekends. This could be due to a marketing strategy, but I believe they could do better. I would return but not with the breakfast package.
